Coverage runs from the original date of purchase and applies to manufacturer's defects and malfunctions under normal use — some of the longest coverage in the hobby.

Arrived damaged? Contact us right away.
Email support@landenaqua.com as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours of delivery — with a few photos of the damage and the packaging, and we'll take it from there.

Warranties have terms — but our support doesn't. If your tank is past its coverage window, or your issue isn't listed above, contact us anyway. We'll troubleshoot with you, help you find parts, and do our best to get you back up and running. We'd rather keep an aquarist than win an argument.
Warranty valid for the original purchaser; proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all claims. Repair or replacement under warranty does not extend the original warranty period. Warranty applies to products purchased from landenaqua.com or authorized dealers. Looking to return an unused item instead? See our Return Policy — unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days.
