Return Policy

At LANDEN, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality aquarium products. We understand that sometimes, things don’t go as planned, which is why we offer a comprehensive return and warranty policy to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.

Warranty Period:

  • LUMEN RIMLESS TANK: 36-month warranty
  • AQUANEX STAND: 24-month warranty
  • LIGHTING SYSTEM: 12-month warranty
  • AVERVITA CO2 SYSTEM: 12-month warranty
  • ACCESSORIES: 12-month warranty
This warranty covers manufacturer's defects and malfunctions under normal use conditions.

What is Covered:

  • Manufacturer's defects.
  • Faults in the product material or workmanship.

What is Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused during shipping (please report such cases to the shipping company immediately).
  • Damage due to neglect, misuse, or alterations.
  • Products not purchased from LANDEN or unauthorized dealers.

Return Period

  • From the date of receipt of the product, customers have 30 days to initiate a return if the product is unused, new, and sealed in its original packaging. We now offer store credit for items that have been opened and used, but please note this is on a case-by-case basis, and LANDEN reserves the right to provide solutions deemed fit pertaining to each inquiry.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at support@landenaqua.com with a detailed description of the issue, proof of purchase, and order number.
  2. Our customer service team will review your return request and guide you through the return process.
  3. If the return is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label.
  4. Please ensure to package any returned goods with care to guarantee safe travels, especially for rimless tanks to prevent damage.
  5. Upon receipt, we will inspect the product. If the defect or issue is confirmed, we will either repair, replace, or refund the item, at our discretion.

Notes:

  • A 30% restocking fee will apply for refunds issued for open or used items or items not returned with their original packaging.

Shipping Costs:

  • For returns due to manufacturer's defects or seller’s faults, LANDEN will cover all shipping costs.
  • For returns due to the customer's preference, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if a pre-provided label is used.
Please note that replacing or repairing products under warranty does not extend the original warranty period.
